Absolute Wish
It is truly horrific to be born with a cleft in many countries around the world. In many countries, these children are shunned by others and some are even abandoned or killed. Many of these unfortunate children never get to experience going to school and having friends; they spend their days tearful, isolated, depressed, and alone.

Our Absolute Wish Mission

Each day approximately 1 in 500 children around the world is born with a cleft lip and/or palate. A vast majority of these children have poor access to health care and often live their lives without this deformity being corrected. It is estimated that over 50 percent of these are preventable with prenatal vitamins and good prenatal care.

We dedicate our existence to the prevention of clefts, and birth defects through the distribution of prenatal vitamins, education, and access to prenatal care. There are many charity groups that fund surgical procedures to correct clefts but none that seem to address the real problem which is prevention.

We formed this charity to increase awareness of birth defects and their prevention. Our goal is to enrich the lives of children everywhere and improve prenatal care.
